• Technical Information: When you use our Services, we automatically collect information such as your IP address, device details, browsing data, and usage data.

In addition, third parties, including but not limited to Stripe and SendOwl, may collect this information to facilitate the provision of our Services. These third parties are governed by their respective privacy policies.

This includes, but is not limited to, storing and processing model data, chat history, usage history, tool interactions, and any external data you provide. We utilize this information to ensure the proper functioning of the Services, improve user experience, and prevent misuse. We may, at times, contact users in regard to their provided feedback.

• Access & Data Portability: You may have the right to request a copy of the Personal Information Celedon processes about you.
• Deletion: You may have the right to request that we delete Personal Information collected from you, subject to certain exceptions required to provide and maintain accounting for the Services provided.
• Correction: You may have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information Celedon retains about you.
• Restriction: You may have the right to restrict our processing of your Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions required to provide and maintain accounting for the Services provided.
• Withdrawal of Consent: You may have the right to withdraw your consent. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
• Sales and Marketing: Celedon does not "sell" Personal Information as defined by applicable laws and regulations.

Celedon implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our systems.

Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for transferring Personal Information. We will only transfer Personal Information pursuant to a legally valid transfer mechanism.
