Want to know more? Here are some answers to common questions.

[ 01 ]What platforms is Davinci available for?

Davinci is a web-based application, available on all desktop platforms. It is currently being tested on the desktop versions of Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Davinci currently functions best on Chrome. While it may be possible to launch Davinci on other devices, desktop-class browsers are the primary focus for the beta. We still welcome feedback from all use cases, but know that some devices or browsers may be unstable.

[ 02 ]What is the difference between Standard and Advanced Models?

Davinci uses a mix of many different models from many vendors. Generally speaking, Davinci Core uses lower cost/token models like Gemini Flash or GPT 4o-mini, while Davinci Max uses high cost/token models like Sonnet or GPT o3-mini. We may use different models for different tasks, as some excel where others struggle. The Advanced AI models tend to perform better in complex situations, producing model objects more accurately and completely than the Standard AI models.

    [ 03 ]What are Credits?

Davinci uses Credits to quantify your usage of Tokens. Since Davinci utilizes many different AI models for different tasks, we had to come up with a standardized way of tracking usage. Thus, the credit was born. One credit is worth the same amount no matter which subscription plan you are using. The same amount of Credits will tend to go further when using the Standard AI models because the models used are less expensive per token than what is used in the Advanced AI models. Standard AI models will use less tokens than the Advanced AI models for comparable tasks, though the Advanced AI models will outperform Standard in model object generation and query performance.

[ 04 ]Can the tool be customized?

Davinci utilizes SysML 2.0 as a primary backbone for project architecture. If you or your team require specific integrations or modifications for utilizing Davinci in your workflow, please reach out to us, we would love to work with you on a solution.

[ 05 ]Is there a free trial or discounted rate plan?

Yes, Davinci now offers a free plan to help you get started. The free plan includes 1000 credits and allows for the creation of two projects. This is a great way to explore the core features of Davinci before committing to a paid plan. For users with more demanding needs, we offer paid plans with additional features and higher credit limits. Enterprise customers looking to try Davinci in their workspace should contact us.

[ 06 ]How do I manage my Davinci subscription?

Within Davinci, access your account from the button in the top right of your screen. From there, you should have access to options including updating payment information, upgrading your subscription plan, or cancelling your subscription.
