Davinci’s New Multi-Agent Interface

Since transitioning to our full agent workflow, we’ve spent the past few weeks refining how multiple agents collaborate on complex projects. Based on this work and valuable user feedback, we’ve made some new updates to the platform.

Workspaces

Managing context across multiple agents is crucial for productivity. To address this, we’ve introduced “workspaces” to Davinci. Think of workspaces like tabs in a browser or sheets in a spreadsheet—each provides a focused view while maintaining shared access to your project objects.

Any objects updated in one workspace will automatically sync across all other workspaces. This allows you to create specialized spaces tailored to specific goals while keeping your agents focused on their respective tasks. Each workspace contains its dedicated agent, enabling you to run parallel workflows efficiently and manage your work context in each. All the while data is synched in your model seamlessly.

New Chat

In prior builds of Davinci, we had the chat placed below a singular workspace. One of the biggest changes in this update is moving chat to the right side of the screen. This repositioning better accommodates the longer conversation logs that agents generate. The new layout also makes it much easier to work alongside your agents, providing a clearer side-by-side collaboration experience. This new chat UI also supports full markdown.

We have also redesigned the chat input region to allow easy clearing of messages, selection for AI persons, uploading files, and attaching context to your instructions.

More Interactivity

While streamlining the agent experience has been our primary focus, we’ve also expanded manual editing capabilities throughout the interface. In this latest update any input region—whether in tree views, tables, or the properties panel—can be edited directly.

This increased interactivity puts more control at your fingertips and reduces the need to switch between different rendered views to manually edit the model.
